Avoid placing your tumbler in the refrigerator, as this may compromise the vacuum seal.Can I travel with my tumbler?Absolutely, your Hanstaiger tumbler is airport security-friendly. Our packaging is entirely plastic-free, uses responsibly sourced materials, and is designed to minimise environmental impact from our logistics facilities all the way to your door.Can I put my tumbler in the microwave, fridge or freezer?No, please avoid placing your Hanstaiger tumbler in the microwave, refrigerator or freezer, as doing so may damage the vacuum seal and compromise the tumbler's thermal performance.How do I clean my tumbler?We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water after each use, then drying and storing with the lid open. A bottle cleaning brush is ideal for a thorough clean. Avoid submerging the bottle or lid for extended periods, as this may affect the vacuum seal. While the tumbler is technically dishwasher-safe, hand washing is strongly recommended to protect the finish and preserve the thermal technology over time. After washing, dry upside down without the lid to allow proper ventilation — this keeps your tumbler fresh and looking its best.Extended care instructionsNever use bleach or chlorine-based cleaners. If your tumbler develops an odour, mix a solution of ¼ cup of white vinegar and ¾ tablespoon of baking soda, leave it to soak overnight, then rinse thoroughly and air dry.
